SHIP'S MAGNETIC COMPASS ADJUSTMENT SERVICES x Certified magnetic compass inspection and adjustment/calibration service for ocean going SOLAS Convention merchant ships and for locally licensed commercial and pleasure vessels of all types and sizes in the Hong Kong SAR, China. Our Hong Kong approved, licensed compass adjuster can also carry out compass adjustments on merchant vessels in other ports in South East Asia should they be required (subject to availability). On completion of compass swing and adjustment, a certificate of adjustment and table of deviations will be issued. This enables vessels to meet the relevant magnetic compass requirements of all classification societies, flag administrations, the Marine Department Hong Kong SAR, local vessel and IMO (SOLAS 74 Convention, HSC Code) regulations.
